Alex began his career as an editor and quickly moved up the ranks as a colorist, post production and visual effects supervisor. Coming from a visual effects/post production background, this versatile director combines his passion for storytelling and visual effects experience with a unique visual style.
He established an award winning visual effects/post production boutique called Numb Robot, which specializes in editorial, color grading, visual effects, RED Camera Workflow, title sequences, commercials and independent films. He has worked on over 450 feature films, shorts, television shows, commercial and music videos over the past 20 years.
Dan Cregan began his professional creative career as a comic book artist and illustrator but his first passion was always cinema. After attending grad school and creating four animated short films he proceeded to do award winning pre-production, visual effects, and post-production for a number of high profile independent projects. Dan made his professional directorial debut in 2007 with an animated short film that served as a prequel to Alex Ferrari's "Red Princess Blues".
Since working with Digital Domain in 2011 Dan has gone on to work for some of the biggest visual effects and animation studios in the world such as Blue Sky Studios, MPC and Weta Digital.
